– GMOScreen RT IPC (LR) Event GA21/PMI-NOS is a highly sensitive multiplex real-time PCR kit for the detection of event GA21 corn and the combination of the genetic elements pmi-gene/nos-terminator. This assay can be used in combination with the 35S promoter assay to detect GM corn lacking the 35S promoter element.
To exclude false-negative results caused by inhibition of the real-time PCR, an internal positive control (IPC) is included in every reaction.
